By booking a service with Falcon Executive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments:
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices quoted include VAT, congestion charges, and WiFi. Parking, tolls, and additional waiting time may be charged separately where applicable.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a full or partial charge. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

3. Service Delivery:
While we strive to ensure punctuality and reliability, Falcon Executive is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures. We recommend allowing extra time for your journey where necessary.

4. Passenger Conduct:
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate behaviour during the service. Falcon Executive reserves the right to refuse service if a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to the vehicle.

5. Luggage and Belongings:
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Falcon Executive accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the journey.

6. Child Seats:
Child seats are available upon request at no extra charge. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that child seats are properly fitted and that children are securely seated.

7. Amendments:
Any amendments to bookings must be communicated and agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply if the service duration or destination is changed.

8. Acceptance:
By booking with Falcon Executive, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
